The smell and smoke generated during cooking are sent through a specially designed suction device, which is guided to an oil tray filled with water. At this time, the smell coming in to contact with the water surface disappears. The fine dust and oil contained in the smoke will be purified by van der Waal’s force* without spreading into the air. And, by using the vapor purging system, the smoke spreads evenly over the fire plate, preventing the heat from escaping into the air.

Step 1: Detach grill pan for cleaning

Teflon nonstick coating makes it easy to clean the grill pan as the food doesn’t get stuck during cooking.

The oil tray is designed as a drawer-type structure and can easily be removed and re-attatched, making it easy to clean. Dump the contaminated water and clean.
